Staffing CoordinatorOur client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team in Newark, DE. This role is responsible for interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruiting administration, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate interviews through WorkdayManage candidate communications and interview logisticsCoordinate candidate travel and expense reportsSupport recruiters with ATS data entry and reportingInitiate and track background checks and drug screeningsDraft and send offer lettersAssist hiring managers and executives with scheduling needsMaintain recruiting documentation and reportsProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition teamQualifications:High School Diploma required; degree preferred2-4 years of administrative, recruiting, HR, or related experienceWorkday experience preferredStrong Outlook and calendar management skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsProfessional, detail-oriented, and customer service focusedAbility to maintain confidentialityIdeal Candidate:Adaptable and proactiveComfortable managing changing prioritiesAble to handle high-volume scheduling and communicationsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughThis is a full-time contract position with a maximum duration of 18 months and requires working on-site five days per week.
