Insight Global's client is seeking an IT Supervisor to help lead and transform a growing Field Services operation supporting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the region.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who understands healthcare IT, enjoys building relationships, and wants to have a direct impact on how technology support is delivered across a large healthcare network.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare IT environment
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting infrastructure, networking, or field services operations
• 2-3+ years of experience with switches, network equipment, printers, and scanners
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive operational improvements
• Strong accountability, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
• Must currently reside in Greensboro, NC or be willing to relocate

What You'll Do

• Lead field services operations supporting approximately 174 healthcare facilities
• Manage and coordinate two direct-report managers overseeing a team of 27+ field service technicians
• Design and optimize facility rounding schedules and coverage plans
• Serve as a key liaison between IT leadership and hospital leadership teams
• Coordinate resources during major incidents and operational disruptions
• Drive process improvements and help build a scalable field services model
• Build strong relationships with facility leaders and clinical stakeholders
• Help shape and professionalize a growing field services organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Cisco networking experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed environments
• Major incident management experience
