PPG Staffing is urgently recruiting Industrial Maintenance Mechanics / Maintenance Technicians for an established precision manufacturing operation in Shelton, Connecticut .
We are interested in candidates at all experience levels , from mechanically inclined technicians looking to grow their industrial maintenance experience through highly experienced manufacturing maintenance mechanics.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment, machining equipment, stamping presses, hydraulic systems or related production machinery .
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Experience with presses, stamping equipment and hydraulics is particularly desirable.
Automotive Mechanics Are Encouraged to Apply
Candidates whose primary background is as an automotive mechanic or automotive technician will also be considered.
If you have strong mechanical aptitude, experience diagnosing mechanical problems, working with motors, hydraulics, mechanical assemblies or related systems, your skills may transfer well into industrial maintenance.
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider mechanically strong candidates who want to transition into a manufacturing environment.
