Position Summary

We are hiring experienced Full Desk Recruiters to join our teams in Commerce, Fontana, and Chino, CA .

We are looking for motivated recruiters with a background in recruiting and account management who are comfortable managing the full recruiting cycle while developing strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Our recruiters support clients within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, construction, and skilled labor industries. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong sourcing skills, consistent follow-up, client communication, and the ability to manage multiple job orders at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, onboarding, and placement.
• Recruit for high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, and construction positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, social media, networking, and outbound recruiting.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate experience, skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Manage multiple open job orders and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts.
• Communicate recruiting activity, candidate submissions, interviews, starts, and hiring challenges with clients.
• Conduct employee check-ins and assist with retention and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client activity within the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing and prospective accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting and/or account management experience required.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehousing, construction, or skilled labor preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making outbound recruiting and client calls.
• Ability to manage multiple job orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms and major job boards preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
